Started in 2006 by John Chia and his wife, Stir Crazy Kitchen is a family-run restaurant in Aloha, OR popular for its delectable Asian cuisine.
Born in the Taiwan province of Taipei, the owners/operators had immigrated to the United States in 1992, in the hope of finding the American Dream. As they wanted to make a fresh start, John Chia and his wife, decided to bring the tastes of their homeland to their new home here in the States.
Still having close ties to their small community back home, they wanted to share their delicious food with the people of Oregon. Their restaurant lets them do just that by providing some of the very best Chinese, Szechuan and Hunan Food to be found on the West Coast or anywhere else!
Stir Crazy Kitchen has some the best chefs in the Portland/Metro area, if not the West Coast. The main reasons our food stands above the rest include the excellence of our chefs, the high-quality ingredients we use, and the size and heat of the four extra-large gas woks we use in the kitchen.
